Take a tour.

You'll find us a few minute's walk from Earlsfield Train Station,

As you walk into the practice you’ll find a relaxing environment and a friendly smile to welcome you in. We’ve even created a shelf to the right of our receptionist for you to place your cat basket whilst you check-in.

Within reception is our main waiting area, designed to be relaxing and

minimise any stress you or your pet may be feeling.

If you walk to the left of reception and up a few stairs you come to our cat-only

waiting areas. We know cats prefer to sit in an elevated position, so we’ve created space for their basket next to your seat.

Next to the cat-waiting area is our cat consulting room. This is a large room enabling your cat to roam around and be as comfortable as possible whilst we discuss their medical issues. This room is well away from the dog areas, to minimise the stress of your cat’s visit.

Behind reception, you’ll find two spacious consulting rooms for all animals. With our 20-minute standard consultation times, our rooms are designed to be comfortable whilst you chat about your pet.

Next, you come to our prep room. This is where minor procedures and dental procedures are performed. We will also prepare your pet here for an anasthetic or sedation, plus we have kennels in this room to enable close monitoring as they recover from their procedure.

Our x-ray and ultrasound room is next to the prep room. We have state of the art digital x-ray and ultrasound systems to give the most accurate diagnosis for your pet.

Our surgical theatre is behind the prep room. This is where sterile surgeries are performed, with the latest anasethetic monitoring systems and highly trained team to look after your pet during their procedure.

As you walk down the corridor from the theatre you come to the dog wards. These are spacious and comfortable, and we even have a large walk-in kennel for bigger dogs. We always ask you to bring in any toys and blankets that will help to make your pet feel more comfortable.

Continuing your tour, you come to our cat wards. These are specially designed quiet kennels for cats, reducing noise and stress levels. We have opted to have double-width cat kennels to ensure there are as comfortable as possible during their stay. The size of these kennels means that they are compliant with silver-level ISFM standards.

Our isolation ward is a special quiet ward away from the main wards, which is where we can hospitalise the sickest patients.

Our laboratory area houses blood and urine analysis machines. These enable us to perform rapid in-house tests, which results in prompt diagnosis for your pet.

And finally, walking down the corridor will take you back to reception
